The journey has begun for the 2022 season as we have 30 boys ready for a fun and competitive season. We are working on making our practice space into our own and enjoying the move to the stadium. Guys have been working hard learning the new routines, running the miles, taking on hills, and getting our first time trial in for the season. These are all the first steps towards our goal of running fast 5k's at the end of this nine week journey. We look forward to continue to grow as a team and as athletes every run and every day. It is important we continue to get good sleep, eat well, hydrate, and stretch/ice so our bodies are ready for practice day in and day out.

Saturday - INTRASQUAD - 6:15 - 8:30am @ Elver
** Some athletes will meet for optional morning runs at Elver...more information shared at practice
-- Planning ahead...week 3 practices will be 4 - 6:15pm with a meet on Sat (9/3) at Verona HS...Mon 9/5 (Labor Day) will be a run on your own/senior led practice day
ATHLETIC FEES
The athletic fee for MMSD is $115 and can be paid starting Monday through Infinite Campus (waiver forms are also available through IC for families that qualify). Please take care of this ASAP so we are ready to compete at our meets.
