Week One - Practice Begins @ 8am - Mon 8/15

Monday August 15th @ 8:00am - 10:30am

1st Day of Practice - Lower Team Room

Must have all your paperwork completed and turned in with Coach Casey to participate

We will run for 30+ minutes on 1st day of practice...have your running shoes and watch
REMINDER - Everyone will need a watch this season!!!! Any watch will do but here is coach's recommendation - Timex Ironman

WEEK ONE - PRACTICE SCHEDULE

August 15th (Mon)      8:00 am – 10:30am JMM     4:00pm – Elver (optional)

August 16th (Tues)     8:00 am – 10:30am JMM     4:00pm – Elver (optional)

August 17th (Wed)      8:00 am – 10:30am JMM     4:00pm – Elver (optional)

August 18th (Thurs)    8:00 am – 10:30am JMM     4:00pm – Elver (optional)

August 19th (Fri)         8:00 am – 10:00am              4:00pm – Elver (optional)

                                                10:00am – Team Breakfast @ JMM (more info to come later)

August 20th (Sat)       8:00am – Hill Farms Pool  (we will run…then swim) 

*** We will practice everyday...no matter the weather!!!!
JMM practices meet in the lower team room in the athletic's area near the JMM field house
Elver practices meet at the large shelter in Elver Park next to the splash pad

Paperwork that Needs To Be Done 

1) Fill out Athlete Questionnaire (Click on link & Fill out)

2) Fill out Online Athletic Forms (Click on link ... Parent & athlete BOTH must complete)

- Log in with Infinite Campus log-in information

3) Complete Physical/Insurance Cards (green OR yellow card)

4) Turn in Team Rules

5) Turn in Athletic Fees ($115 check to JMM or Fee Waiver)
6) Athletic Code Meeting - IT IS MANDATORY FOR ALL Contact our Athletic Director Mr. Schlitz at jschlitz@madison.k12.wi.us if you missed on July 30th
