Things you need to complete by August 18th:
1) Fill out athlete questionnaire (click on link above)
2) Turn in green/orange OR yellow physical cards
3) Complete athletics "paperwork" on Infinite Campus
4) Pay athletic fees (check for $115 - w/ID# or waiver from athletic office)
5) Turn in team rules
