FRIDAY (3/19) - In-Person Practice @ JMM - arrive at assigned site location at 3:55pm
SATURDAY (3/20) - In-Person Individual Time Trial @ JMM (more information to be provided at practice)

Order #1 will be handed out to athletes at practice on Thursday
Order #2 (limited number of items) will be open Monday (3/15) - Sunday (3/21)

DRESS FOR THE WEATHER
Winter is not over in Wisconsin...dress appropriately for runs at home and In-Person practice.
Wear appropriate training shoes
Dress in layers - pants, long sleeve, jacket/wind breaker, hat, & gloves
Wear your watch (and remember to time your run)
Find a mask that complies with Covid-19 mitigation protocols and you are comfortable running in for In-Person practices
