Our Cross Country season final approaches...it will begin March 15th!
What needs to be done in the meantime?
1) Get into shape --> try to be active 5 - 7 days a week, ideally RUNNING
HERE are some ideas of mileage to get started with before the season begins
2) Take care of "Paperwork" --> Boys CC Interest Form (same link that has been up since June)
Virtual Practice - Parent & Athlete should complete Online MMSD Athletic Forms
In Person Practice (HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED) - Online MMSD Athletic Forms AND Physical Cards
3) Attend virtual classes & maintain quality grades (I receive a weekly attendance & grade report...just like if we were in person for school). Make sure you are taking care of your academics...let us know if you need support/help with any classwork.
PARENT/ATHLETE MEETING
Monday March 8th - 6:00pm - via Zoom
