What Needs To Be Done Before August 17th
1) Fill out Athlete Questionnaire (Click on link & Fill out)
2) Fill out Online Athletic Forms (Click on link ... Parent & athlete BOTH must complete)
- Log in with Infinite Campus log-in information (if you don't have yet...you will get it on July 30th)

3) Complete Physical/Insurance Cards (green/orange OR yellow cards)
4) MANDATORY Parent & Athlete Attend Spartan Sports Kickoff on July 30th At Madison Memorial
(this is when you will fill out cautionary statement, turn in physical & insurance cards, athletic code verification, pay athletic fees - $115, turn in team rules, etc)

Meet at Jefferson Parking Lot at 8:00am Mon - Fri or Military Ridge Trail at 8:00am Sat all summer
everyone will run 30 + minutes of continuous running the 1st day of practice...BE PREPARED
First Day of Practice
Monday August 17th
8:00am in Lower Team Room
Must have all paperwork completed prior to practice to participate
We will go for a run on the first day of practice...have your running shoes and a watch
